Both Mike and Steve were really helpful and it was a pleasure dealing with them - really personal, polite and helpful customer service. Mike was very happy to show me budget options (rather than steering me towards more expensive products!) and gave me clear explanations on all their different types of flooring. He also let me borrow proper decent-sized shop display samples so I could get a good idea of what the flooring would like in situ. This was in contrast to another well-known shop whose samples were the size of an A4 envelope (and they refused to let me take larger samples even though I promised to bring them back within the hour!) The delivery guy at Wooden Flooring Centre was absolutely charming as well. Strongly recommend.
